This is to inform you that i have been facing a lot of issues since i have purchased a post paid sim card of your company Tata Indicom . i am very disappointed with the kind of services you are providing to me. time and again i have to visit your outlet regarding my complaints but nothing is heard yet.. i purchased the sim card card on 5th of November, 2014 and since then i have been facing a lot of issues regarding the bill. within 10 days of purchase i was getting messages of bill amount exceeding rs.2000, 2500, 2600,3500, etc and because of which my services were cancelled of no reason. i purchased 2 sim cards under the hum-tum scheme in which the no. 9038012297 had the plan of rs. 350 and the other no. 9038012247 had the plan of rs. 149. according to this plan we were given 500 local/std minutes, 350 local/std sms and 2gb data pack which was not even used fully and then also we were continuously getting those false msgs due to which our services were cut and no outgoing calls/ msgs were allowed. again and again i m vising to your center for this purpose but nothing has happened yet. now its my humble request to you to look forward to my complaint. last bill which i paid was on 2nd of December and the amount was rs. 498. and i also enclosing the bill payment statement for your references…. hope to hear from you as soon as possible…
paid the bill of 498 which was sent by the company with the bill attachment on 2 dec 2014. B?ut once again on 6th they say that your bill is not paid & a new bill is being generated & ask a amount of 3500 & above which usage is not even done & they are just faking. Rather than that they gave me plan but they adding value added for a free plan which i have been given. so all for these reasons they cut off my connection even after my payment and being a customer they don’t listen to me not the retailers of Tata docomo hub or the customer care.
