Dear Sir/ Madam, I was using tata photon since 2009 but since last year (June 2013) the photon speed dropped significantly. After reaching out to their customer care they confirmed me that there is some technical issue within the area and will be addressed soon. After 5 months also the same justification was provided to me and unnecessary i was paying my bill without getting proper speed. Hence i decided to disconnect to the photon in November 2013 and went with other service provider. On 21st May 2014, the tata photon representative called me and threatened me. Even after explaining to them about the issue, they insist I pay the bill amount of 3000/- which was due it seems. This was not intimated to me during deactivation. I have no idea about this billing and since i do not have their account open, i dont have track of all the complaints i raised against them. Through emails i was able to get 2 request number but i dont have anything other than that. Can you please help me with this on? Thanks
I have paid their bill amount without getting any speed. Even after disconnection, they are expecting me to pay 3000/- which is not fair.
