I had been using the photon connection since Aug 2011, under the Rs.400 monthly plan for 1GB unlimited data In Feb 2013, I received a call from Photon customer care who offered that there was a scheme wherein one would be billed Rs.200 extra one-time and the monthly highspeed data limit would be upgraded to 2GB without any further costs in the future months. I had accepted this over phone. Subsequently in my Feb bill, i have been billed for additional Rs.200, which i paid accordingly. Later in April i was billed Rs.556 mentioning 2GB plan. I had not asked for any change in the plan, and as i was explained earlier there would not be any charges for 2GB upgradation except the one time Rs.200. Therefore i had paid only Rs.445 and tried registering complaint in the website which it did not accept. So I called the customer care and explained the same, where I was explained that this matter would be looked into. I did not receive any revert. Similarly for May i was billed Rs.556 against which I paid only Rs.445. In June, the dongle stopped working. I called up the customer care, they said its due to overdues. I explained the facts of the case, for which i did not receive any resolution. I was continued to be billed though i did not use the services for a month.
Regularise my account by cancelling the dues and set my service for the normal Rs.400 monthly scheme
