Dear sir/ madam, As I was using Tata photon of ID 9243313xxx a year back n last year in sept 2013 my device was lost n i made a call n complaint to d tata DoCoMo ppl saying my device is lost n I will b not using tata photon now onward so please disconnect it. They said ok at that time n later on each month they were sending bills n they only used to clear it but now agn they have sent the bill for June 2014 of rs.1300 n saying me to pay or else they will b filing a case against me . So pls tell me what to do against these ppl they r harassing the customers forcefully to pay the bill without using.
Almost 2 – 3 times I paid bill without using the device so kindly requesting you to get my amount back.
