got a new Tata Indicom Broadband connection on 2nd of December. I subscribed to the offer of 1500/- for 8Mbps with 160GB download limit. I was told by Mateen and his colleague Santosh that there wll be a minimum of 80% of the speed at any point in time. From the time I got this connection I have always been getting less than 4 Mbps or sometimes even 0.5Mbps. When I complained I was told it will be resolved today, tomorrow, by Monday etc but it is still the same. I have been cheated here on the service. I am unable to work from home effectively. Unable to watch basic videos in Youtube for my kid. Too much personal stress as I even disconnected my earlier Airtel connection. Have sent so many emails and phone calls to Mateen and Santosh – wastage of my time.
For all the stress and loss of service I demand 2000/- be paid as cost for damages.
