Tata Indicom Broadband Not Replying for new connection

I had made a call to the Tata Indicom Tollfree No. and requested for a new connection on 29th Nov. 2012. My Inquiry No./ Lead No. is 2215520. They told me the sales team will get back to me within 24 hours, but have still not reverted to mw till date. I called the helpline on 25th Dec 2012 and once again raised the query. They once again told me to wait for 24 hours, but no one replyed.On regular follow by daily with them, yhey did not replied. Till date i am waiting for the sales team call.

I want a free connection from them as they have been redue to me as penealty.
