Ref :Service Request 436731137. I lodged a complaint that my Photon Plus device was not working which resulted in no internet connection since mid-September 2014. One representative contacted me and assured to provide technical support as per my convenient time around 8 pm. Unfortunately they failed to contact me on the scheduled time but in the next morning seeking apology and assured to provide support. The incident occurred twice following which I do not want to continue the service and want to get compensation for losing my valuable time.
I am unable to use the Internet. This is resulting in such a situation that I am unable to do my Net surfing on a daily basis.
