I am currently using Tata DoCoMo photon wifi device but for last 15 days I am facing network issue. I have raised this issue with customer care of tata docomo but they have closed the service request saying that there is network device upgrade going on and there is no time line when this will be fixed.This was the reason given by them, till then they have no other solution. I have paid 5700 amount for 6 month (Post Paid service). I requested them if they cant provide 3G service then please refund my amount. They didnt agreed on this too. As per them they cant refund it. And even they don’t have time line when the issue of network slowness will be resolved. My 1st service request was raised on 07/01/2015 and it was closed with no resolution. 1st Service request number: 450892869 2nd Service request number: 450699441 My tata photon number: 9212037209. I want 3G Service if they are not able to provide 3G service then I want my money back.
