Dear Sir, I brought tata WI FI Max on 21st May 2014 with pain of Rs. 2000 for dongle with plat 10 gb per 1000 after this I have many networked related issued and complaint me with the company for same they sold me connection in non service area they frequently have an issue after this I stop my service with unused gb in my monthly billing and now I want to refund my unused amount with dongle amt rs. 2000/- in providing me the connection in non fusible area with claim of rs. 1000000/- for mental harassment get to me.

Rs 2100/- dongle purchase amount now lost due to non service area rs. 3000/- wrong billing to me i have no use this connection when i require due to non service area rs. 100000/- due to mental harassment and non internet connection provide to me when i require and sale me worst product in non network area.
