Tata Indicom – Excess Deduction Wrong Information

Sir I had complained in tata docomo call centre no 121 about not working my tariff pack of Rs.31 in my tata docomo no 8950044xxx recharged on 18.05.2014 due to this my call charges was deducted by normal rate@90 paise/minute instead of tariff rate @30paise/minute mins I have been excess deducted 60 paise/minute and my total loss/excess deduction is above Rs250 but I did want only Rs251 as reversal amount as well as action against that senior customer care executive s and persons who denied my complain so many times after so many calls and did misbehave with me saying me lier, cut the phone block the line. But after so much email to listen@tatadocomo.com with complain ref no. PBR12247080 and M19143517 but result was that first they denied and said that I am wrong but after giving pressure and so much email they aggreed with my wrong deduction and most socking thing is that they reversed only Rs31 after 15 days regular email to him and they massaged me that they has closed the complain but without asking me. Now I want reversal of amount 251 and action against all evolved in giving wrong information and hanging the matter. Thanks
