tata docomo has continued charged .60 paise per day from my no. 7209838xxx , it has been more than 1.5 years, i have told them to deactivate this service from my no. thy told me that they have already deactivated this service from my no. but still .60 paise has been deducted from my account on daily basis.
i would like to sue tata docomo for undue influence to customers and showing their priority over customer, i want financial & other damage of rs. 1500000.00 form tata docomo for this behavior
