Hi, My name is Amit. I had purchased a Tata Docomo Max wifi device postpaid connection with the device. They promised me to give up to 9.2 mbps speed. they never ever told me the minimum committed speed. But now I am not getting even 100 kbps speed and sometimes not even able to open the webpages. I am really mentally harassed by calling them 100 times in these 15 days of usage. They promise me to call back but i never get any call back from their side. Could you please help me? Charges for both are given below 1. Dongle Max wifi which would be wasted if I stop this service as they are not ready to refund the money – 2000 rupees. 2. Postpaid Plan – 1000 rupees per month.
