I have bought new 3G Sim (8793829XXX) from Tata DoCoMo Fatima Nagar outlet, PUNE, Maharashtra, and they have charged higher than the mention price on Tata DoCoMo site. They have given me 3G data plan @ 499 INR at 600 INR. When I tried to contact them, they are behaving very rudely and not able to explain why they are charging high. After that also send mail and contact their customer care but there was no solution provided. This is a cheating and strong action should be taken againts this.

There should be strong action should be taken against authorities and higher charged will be refund to me.
