I have applied for a tata docomo photon plus device with prepaid connection on 15th of July 14.I placed the order through online and i have payed the full amount of Rs.1700 as cash on delivery.But still i didn’t get the connection for the same.As per their executive said I have given all the data required for the same..But for three days they are telling that my activation process is under progress..But there is no any progress and the customer care executives are not giving any valuable information about the same(Since they have only online chat customer support for such cases)..Now i have lost my whole money…Please help..
Either i want my money back or the connection as early as possible.
