Tata Indicom – No network provided bill charged

I have had this connection for more than 2 years now and have been paying my bill regularly but since last 6 months i am facing network problem and have been raising network complaints with the customer care at tat docomo. but they resolve it saying they are working on it and charge me for nothing no network ..

i cannot make or receive calls nor send SMS but i am charged fully for no service. i am totally unhappy about it and nothing is being done to resolve the network issue.
