Tata Indicom – not refunding money poor response

am the customer of tata docomo. I had recharged my mobile number on 4th april 2014 with Rs.666, online on tata docomo site, but i didnot get any benefit related to that. I had registered my complaint regarding this, I was told that the server was low and my money will be refunded. I have YET NOT RECEIVED the refund. on 7th april 2014 I had again recharged with the same amount i.e 666 from easymobilerecharge.com website. I had got message that my recharge was successful, but still I am not getting the benefit. I had contacted customer care but they said I already have a pack activated and this cannot be done, and I should be Careful next time. Tata Docomo has betrayed me for total Rs1332 (666+666=1332 Rs), since Rs1332 is not a small amount, and not activating or replacing the plan is violating customers right. If i have paid money I should get the benefit or at-least my money back. Please I need your help to get my money back
