I started the Tata Docomo photon internet service No. 9037106230 and AC No. 946930627 in July 2013. I had to incur an amount of 2500 for device purchase and all. Later after 4 months of service the company closed the service in my area due to some technical reasons. I interacted with the company several times requesting the closure of my account I have proof all all those communications for reference. My device for which the money I had paid was taken back from me, my service was not closed and is repeatedly sending receipts of payment and threatening messages of taking legal action. The service no longer exists. I tried to email appellate i have proof of communication for this body setup by the company but till now no response.
I would like to retrieve the amount paid by me for the device. The company should be penalized for sending the receipts of payment when the operations was closed by the company itself. The local agency should also be held responsible for the financial and mental agony caused.
