With due respect and humble submission,I write this to draw your attention towards deteorating service quality of Tata Photon(TTSL) and insensitive approach of customer care executives towards customers.I have called Tata Photon customer care many times on various platforms but they did nothing to resolve my issue and refused to register any complaint in this regard by saying work is in progress but its 3 months now n they neither resolved issue nor saying any timeframe for completion.I am getting only 160 to 190 Kbps which is far below the minimum standard guideline of TRAI besides frequent disconnection issue.I came to know that i have used 20 GB in 23 days which is impractical and Unjustified.Every time there is several Disconnection problem and slow speed issue of 160 Kbps instead of normal photon speed of 5 to 9.8 MBPS that iam facing from last 3 months but tata indicom is not taking it seriously which results in financial loss and mental trauma to me. So,please resolve it urgently if possible. Thanking you in anticipation,
