I have taken Tata Docomo Photon connection in May 2014 and I have paid advance for 3 months for the same (5000/- Rs) but due to some system error/service provider mistake the payment has been made to some different account and they have barred my number, when I have inquired about the same at the Outlet they have told me that, it is a genuine mistake and we will refund your amount in 45 days but now it has been more than 9 months I have not yet received my money. Now as my Tata photon number is closed, nobody was entertaining my request at the outlet so I have logged the same request to Customer care but then also still I have not received my money back and it’s been more than 8 months now.
I would like to get my money back. Now am really unhappy with the post service of Tata Docomo and response time and as a compensation I would prefer a good amount of money from the company as this issue is there for more than 8 months now.
