i bought a tata docomo postpay plan with scarch card (unlimited surprize) offer in 16.10.2012. offer valid from 15.10.2012 to 15.11.2012. shopkeeper told i have not scarch card in time , so i give next saturday. i visit regularity but you told next- next. again i visit to shop in 14.11.2012.shopkeeper told pls give one day i send to scarch card to your home but ihave not recieved scarch card till date.i talk to shopkeeper via phone he use unparlimentary words and filthy language.and threatned me to go to any court and no court can do any thing to him. he used my scarth card. i also complain 23.11.2012 & my complain no. 48777/4/2012 with docket number 336878837. but no responce till date. again i filled complain 4/8/2013 &complain no. 55592/4/2013 . both complain pending till date why ? my complain 1 year old.

maxmium prize and physical or mentally damage worth 500000/- rupees.
