am using the tata docomo number since April 2010, few months back i’ve changed to postpaid plans of docomo, but the problem is with the billing amount, i am using 199 plan which was suggested by docomo employ, as per my previous using of docomo prepaid, after a month i have got the bill of around 1100. and then i have registered the complaint on docomo costumer care, but they didn’t replied me within 48 hours about the issue as said by them. and now i am getting call from delhi tees hjari court about non payment case on me for this number, and they said me the billing amont of 1717 rupees. after 1100 bill my number if disconnected by docomo and now they are saying me that pay the required amount. i am not mad that whatever they will tell and i am going to do that, so please i want the favour against my bill so that i can again use my number back, in this hope from consumer court that some help will be provided by you, i am sending you this request. thank you
i want the relief in my billing amount, thats it.
