I am using 2 Tata Docomo Internet dongles.I tried to pay, but i cud not.I interacted with online chat but that exe misbehaved on live chat.I complained but no .I was sent notices.I want an apology letter as also my req for disonn of 9227453691 (208723846) was not honoured.I had first sent email from my id ashishnthakar@gmail.com on 10 september 2013.Even its appellate id never responded me.They falsely claimed that they had tried to contact me on phone but could not.pls resolve I am available on 9824506376

I want three immediate reliefs 1.An Apology Letter at my billing address for the staff who misbehaved and Action Taken in this regard (ATR). 2. Reversal of Zero USAGE Charges for 9227453691 (208723846). 3. Compensation in tune of Rs.100000 (Only Rupees ONe Lakh INRs) for getting me into all this trouble.
