S\o Raj Pal Singh, Today I recived a sms on my Alternate No. 9211800800 from tata indicom at 5:01 PM regarding SIM replacement for the Number 9212800800 after see that sms i immediately made a call to Costumer care (121) for asking why that sms come on my mobile when i did not made any such request for SIM replacement after 30-40 Minutes i saw my number is not working any more so i visit to Tata Indicom outlet for regarding this matter along with copy of FIR with mention that some one unauthorized person swap my number without my permission & i made a request to re issue of SIM near about 7: 15 to 7:25 PM Today . So i wana know from where my number get swapped without my permission & from which outlet that get happen without my permission & Without my Documents it’s seems that it all is illegal because i have not permit any for this & i not permitting any one to make it Pre-Paid or to make PORT from Tata Indicom Network. So kindly Activate my DEL No. 9212800800 again on my New ESN which i purcahse from Tata Indicom Outlet Ashok Vihar on time 7:15 to 7:25 & Till today date i have not get any response from Tata Indicom i have mailed them my full complaint regarding my problem but Tata Indicom is not responding of my any complaint. so i bag please take a serious action against my complain.
i want that you take a serious action against them and make them pay to me because i have suffered a lot because i was unable to take all my business & bank call at least they must pay me some amount which you people decide because the number was swap from tata indicom server\issue id. so this is Tata Indicom responsibility to take action but till today day date i have not get any email reply or call since i made complaint to them i made first complaint to them on 23- Jan-2014.
