my tata docomo prepaid number closed 2 days ago. i called to customer care but thet told me to visit nearest tata docomo care. today i went and told my problems but they indirectly told me to change my prepaid service to post paid and then only they can start my service once again otherwise adviced me to visit tata docomo main centre.

i want my number to start once again as my number is one and half years old and is given to many persons including many important places.
