Tata Indicom – Unnecessary Balance Deduction

They deducted my balance for internet usage…but hav already data pack.according to company rules the provide a confirmation message when data pack left only 20 mb….but i didn’t receive any confirmation message…when i call to customer care they are unable to register my complaint and disconnect my call for two or three times…i relay embraced to see that kind of services

shabab have to be apologize….nd company give the surety about its services and take responsibilities of information….if possible than refund my balance
