A undue and unplanned balance deduction of around Rs.350 was done from my main balance. The report showed that it is for the internet usage where as i still had the free data usage left with me on my number that means that no balance should have been deducted. This has happened to me many times and also to my friends.

want tata docomo to return my money back and also compensate for the direct consequences that i suffred. I would also request tata docomo to not to repeat such things in future as i am a student and i have to concentrate on my studies rather than in complaint activities. This will help India to develop.
