This is to complain about tata docomo who is becoming fraud day by day. Docomo has started misbehaving with its customers by activating useless services without even asking the user. This had happened with me 2 times on my number 8602199937. The first time it happened when it activated a service off love guru detecting Rs. 50 from my main balance. The second time it happened today on 28th october when docomo deducted Rs 10 from my balance without even asking whether to start the service or not. In fact they have just send me a message from 54321 telling that Rs. 10 has been deducted from your account and this this services have been initiated.

All I want is a valuable refund from docomo and also a sorry. I want core to listen my voice and charge the company for this. especially that toll free number problem.
