I used to recharge my phone with a unlimited whatsapp pack of rs. 54 with 3 month validity on my tata Docomo number i.e. 8699540xxx. I did this two times in past but this time in rs. 54 i got unlimited local tata to tata calls pack with a validity of 7 days(no use of for me). When i told retailer that this is not the pack m looking for then he said they have done their job and you must contact customer care and when i talked to customer care about reversal or change this pack to my desired pack then they said it is not in our hand, you must talk to retailer.

either money back on give me pack of my choice.
