we purchased a car from tata motors loan number 5000605843 back in october 2010 and repaid the loan @ 13865 a month over 36 months, now we we need a No Objection Certificate from them as we want to buy a new car. The loan has been paid off back in august 2013 and since then we have been visiting their offices in secunderabad to obtain the same but they want us to pay 35000 rupees in interest on late charges which we think is unfair.

we don’t need any relief the only relief we need is the No Objection Certificate so that I can buy a new car for my Dad and Mom
