I bought Tata Photn Plus (Photon Number 9218829121) as on 3rd of June and I was assured by the local dealer Vinny Electronics, Gandhi Market that I will be given 2 gb data free after the data was over I recharged on 1st of July of 350 Rs., from that day on it is not working, I have mailed them about it more than five times as their toll free number 1800 266 121 does not work and still they have it on their site. However, I am assured every time that it will work and their technical team will call me but nothing happened. I am a research scholar at Central University of Punjab and urgently needed the internet and because of Tata Photon Service it is not happening and I also have doubt on the dealer that he has given me a different photon and its data is being misused by the dealer himself.

I want them to either give the lapsed data back or my money and to continue the service without interruption.
