I ordered a Tata photon online and the product was delivered on August 24, 2014. On the day the Photon dongle was handed over, I gave the person who delivered a copy of my Pan Card and the address proof from the bank passbook. I also showed him all the original documents too. The person told me that he would try and get the activation done but if there is a need for additional proof, I should send by email the copy of my driving license. The person called on August 25, 2014 and requested me to send a copy of my driving license by email and I did that. Since the activation didn’t happen, I called him and he gave me a number of one Mr Rakesh Sharma, phone number 750311XXX. I kept calling this number and he never even picked up the phone. It is nearly 5 days and activation is yet to be done

Immediate activation of the Tata Photon and requisite action against the person Mr Rakesh Sharma for not answering calls and ensuring activation.
