Hi, This is really very bad but i am facing since last 4 month, i bought a TATA photon whatever they promise for net speed they are not able to provide it. when i complain they told me that your area is more crowded so we are not able to give you net speed as promised, than i ask him that when i fill details you know my area that time why not you stop me after giving you dongle charges and monthly charges now you telling me that i am not able to give you as discussed net service. This is really cheating by TATA Docomo, Now he told me that sir around 600 and i will detail you NOC against your account i close it, and his executive collect total amount and they didt send me NOC, Now from last month i got a call about due and they force me to pay your due. But His executive call me and ask to pay and account will be closed but nothing happen as they said through out. So I need your help, Pl. help me out.
