I had one Tata Photon 3G connection which I disconnected on 8th Nov 2014 and I got the email for the same. But Tata has generated a bill on 17th of Dec 2014 and I called the customer care and they said there was a delay from there side and again a request was raised for disconnection and It got disconnected. But again they have genarated a bill nearby 17th of Jan 2015 and again I reapeated the same procedure for disconnection. But now again they have generated a bill on 17th of Feb 2015 and tata people are calling me again to raise a diconnection request and I am fed up completely. Kindly help me in giving a strict punishment to them.
Calling more than 2 times in a day during my office hours resulting in loss of work timings and mental harassment with the behavior from Tata executives on phone. Permanent resolution and Tata people should be fined.
