the tata photon max device is not working still, tatdocomo personnel failed to resolve the problem, sangeetha mobile PVT LTD has misled me to purchase a device which does not work.I made some 50calls to various personnel listed below 1. Ravi – sangeetha mobile, manjeera maal , JNTU, HYderabad 2. Srinivas – sangeetha mobile, manjeera maal , JNTU, HYderabad 3. Ushakiran – Tatdocomo 4. Moulishankar – tatdocomo, local 5. Raghuram – tatdocomo, local 6. Adandkulkarni – tatadocomo, customer care 7. Syed – tatadocomo, customer care 8. Sumeet kumar – Hcl customer care ISSUE 2> i have also purchased a HCL u3 tablet on same day at same store, this also does not work. given the Tab back at sangeetha mobiles stores for replacement, they said they forwarded it to HCL authorized center through onsite care service. the service request number is 80486. i see the same status from last 4 days, now again sangeetha service personnel listed above say it MAY take 2 more days. just today i spoke to muqsood of bangalore sangeetha mobiles pvt limited, looking at the telephone number from the bill. he asked me to email the matter , but could not resolve. I am now frustrated and tired of waiting, i am registering a compliant in consumer forum about services offered by Sangeetha mobiles, Tatdocomo and HCL. i will spread this news to all my colleagues in pharma industry and caution them about sangeetha, tatdocomo and HCL.
