Tata Photon people are cheaters they cheat the customers I brought a connection on 17th Sept 2014 from a sales person of tata photon prior to selling he informed me that you will get good connectivity but once the device got activated it was not working properly so I contacted customer they told that you will get a technician and your issue will be resolved but after 2 days I got a call from customer care that we will not be able to provide proper service in your area and I also received an email confirmation that in your area we will not be able to provide proper service. So I contacted customer care that your sales agent has given me wrong information as he has committed to me that you will get a proper connectivity so customer care informed me that please visit local office and you will get the refund. so on 3rd Oct I went to local office in Lucknow there I met Mr. Mritiyunjee I told him the complete story about the issue .He at that time got my device De-activated and gave me a commitment that within 48hrs a executive will come and collect the device as well as refund you Rs 1600 as Rs 400 will be charged as payment towards bill that was used for 15 days so I said ok no issues please send me the executive after 48 hrs when no one showed up I contacted Mr. Mritiyunjee but he stopped responding and its been 6 days now but no one has showed up at my place to collect the device and refund my money I will lodge a complain in Consumer court for cheating and forging with customer

I want my refund as they have not provided services that they promised they made wrong commitment
