My Tatasky id is 1017928076, in the month of feb 2013 tatasky added english learning pack without me asking for such addition to my existing package. It was chargeable at about Rs40 per month. This addition was not informed to me, after a few months when I called tatasky for modification of my pack I realised that this pack was added to my account. I ooorequested to drop that pack and refund the amount.the pack was dropped but they denied refund even after repeated calls. Tatasky doesn’t have a tollfree call centre no this resulted in spending my hard earned money on unnecessary calls where the holding time is at least 6 min. Looking forward for assistance to resolve this matter.
