Tata Sky – dealy Replacement of setup box

I had upgraded my tata sky setup box to tata sky HD box two months back.Now the new is non funtional and getting power on.I had contacted the customer care department of tata sky on 25 apr14 as the box is under warranty period.Their representatives came at my home to replace the non functional new setbox with an old repaired setup box to which i objected again contacted the customer care dept but they told me that under warranty period they will only replace with an old/repaired box which is just akin to cheating a customer over a product by first providing a product which becomes defective within just two months and then in name of warranty providing an old,used and worn out setup box which will subsequently die its own death once the warranty period gets over and thereafter customer will have to perforce buy again a new one.As I understand I should be given fresh product that is a new setup box in replacement than already an old and used setup box

Apropos I want to get a new setup box as replacement as the new setup box provided to me by the aforesaid has become defective within a short span of over two months
