Sir, With due respect I humbly submit that I am fully unsatisfied with the services and responses of Tata Sky company for the following reasons, which are verifiable from the call records of Tata Sky call centre, messages from my RNM i.e. 7599101473 and net chat with the representative of company with me from my Tata Sky Account. I requested for the MPEG4 Set Top box on 12 May 2015 which is yet to be replaced today i.e. 03/06/2015. I tried to contact the Tata Sky nodal officer U.P. on the number i.e. 0522 6000177, which is provided by the senior division . This number on dialing says that the call is barred, number does not exist, number is busy . All the three things one by one Today i.e. 03/06/2015 from 10:00AM till 11:35AM I tried to contact the senior division in call centre , but they did even received the call and every time the call was dropped. Which is shocking for a customer, desperate to change his set top Box. I am not able to see the television partially (Abour 90% of the Channels I am paying) since 28 May 2015, however I am being charged money for the services which are not at all provided to me, everyday. Calling them has not only wasted my precious time, which I would have spent with my family and for my official commitments, money, energy to contact the company every day but also mentally harassed me. For the above reasons being a customer, I am not at all satisfied. Sir I need your kind guidance so that I can file a complaint in Consumer Protection Court . I am resident of Kanpur City in Uttar Pradesh. I will be highly obliged for you kind help in protecting a customer. Sir, 1. For Now I want that the Tata Sky Should remove all Infrastructure from my house. Pay me back what so ever I paid them during the initial Installation with Interest applicable. 2. Further course of action will be decided on the action taken by the company.
