This complaint pertains to TATA SKY. Complaint is regarding that Day by Day they are willfully Disconnecting the Channels and Charging us for such channels which are already disconnected by TATA SKY. Secondaly They are disconnecting the channels and forcing us to buy their HD Boxes and pay them the charges unnecessarily. If they have changed the Technology and due to which their older boxes are unable to play the new technology channel then they should change their boxes free of cost because we had paid for the boxes once it is purchased now it is the responsibility of the company to show each and every channel for which we have paid the charges in the monthly package. it is requested to take an action against this willfulll, Forcibly Harassment by TATA SKY to its Customers.

Most channels has been stopped by tata sky and still charging for the whole package and not replacing the box for free.
