Tata Sky Dish DTH TV SetTop Box Problems – No Customer Care

My subscriber id is 1001597903.on 18.11.2013 through customer care phone number 1860 500 6633 i placed order for replacement of the present set top box with the latest upgraded version. As per my telecon with the concerned executive enquired about the payment mode i would opt. I told him i will be giving cash immediately on installation of the upgraded set top box. He took the order. Also informed me till the time the payment is not received bat their end the amount will get adjusted temporarily from the present balance available in my account.the booking was registered vide reference number “wo 1-24354133538” on 18.11.2013. Since yesterday i have made atleast 10 calls to the cisutomer care department regardimg the status. And everytime the answer has been – “the request forwarded to installation team. They will get back at the earliest”. The last confirmation given by mr. Rajiv kumar .but the “earliest revert” is still awaited. This is complete harassment f consumer’s good faith.
