I made a transaction from my credit card of amount 1850 INR to purchase new tata sky connection. My transaction was successful from bank side but got unsuccessful at Tata Sky end. Later after 2 days I came to know from bank that same amount for this failed transaction is claimed by the merchant. Date of transaction: 19 January 2015 Time : 7:42 PM IST Bank Transaction ID : 491528

It result me financial loss of 1850 INR. I want the amount to be revert to my account.
