From past month, Tata Sky DTH TV has stopped video of few channels saying you need to buy new MPEG 4 box. Though audio is still working but we can only see a blue screen. They have been charging us for these channels. This is ridiculous. In case they are shifting channels at least do not charge.

I am paying for channels that I cannot see. I demand my full payment back and charges for cheating consumers like this.
