Tata Sky – Fraudulent communication + Refusal to register complaint

Tried to reactivate Tata Sky after few months of non-usage. I was initially informed it will be active if I pay 10 Rs as fine. As I got no signal, I was informed to recharge my account and I did so for 150 Rs. Still it was no signal and the person informed I should pay 150 and they will send a service executive to fix. Manikandan, a Tata sky engineer came and provided excellent service. he replaced the set top box saying it is done for all customers for free as the old one cannot handle MPEG 4. On his promise, that it will be activated in 30 minutes – I was waiting. Then I got a call from a lady who demanded 500 Rs if I needed immediate activation, else have to wait 2 days. When I refused, she wanted me to contact call centre, The executive there said I have to pay 500 Rs mandatory for activation. Now it is under dispute and Tata sky is looking into this. In parallel, I got a sms saying since I have subscribed to Ten sports I can watch the channel free on Everywhere TV. Since my sole ail for reactivating Tata sky was to watch the match – I tried using it and it wanted me to call the helpline again for activation. Again, the executive says I need to pay 60 Rs per month to get access. I was aghast. On repeated discussions, he everywhere tv associate said it is not possible and the sms is wrong. I called back again to register a complaint and Satish who was very adamant refused to take my complaint. I am wondering why he refused to take a complaint – He said he will only register this as a feedback. He bluntly refused saying this is not worthy of a complaint and he shall not register. Without waiting for my response, he rudely transferred the call to everywhere TV department with whom I had spoken earlier. I request some senior representative from Tata Sky to look into the matter

Either give me the promised service (Free replacement of settop box, free access to tensports through everywhere tv and reimbursement of package charges for the period of non activation of my connection) or take back the tatasky connection and pay me new connection charges + 160 Rs I have paid in the last 2 days
