Tata Sky – HD Mega pack False Commitment

Sir/Madam I am a customer of Tata Sky and own their Tata Sky HD set up box along with a HD Mega pack annual subscription with subscriber id 1097599961. Before subscribing to this package Tata Sky customer care representative and their terms and conditions in web site claim that in the HD Mega pack we will be entitled to all the channels ( both standard definition and high definition), along with it all the new channels added to Tata Sky will be available to us for no additional cost. But now they have been falling short of their commitment , a few months ago a channel StarPremiere HD was added to Tata Sky but they refused to make it available to us and when contacted said thats since its a special channel it can’t be available in Megapack and you have to pay extra for it. Along with it they also said that only Star Premier HD and Topper are the two channels which are not part of any package and any new channel will be available for free. But on 1st January 2014 two new channels HBO Defined HD and HBO Hits HD are added to Tata Sky channel list but now once again they are saying that since they are ‘ special channels’ they can’t be made available for free. I do believe that they are just using this excuse and will continue to do this with every new channel they add and hence falling short of their commitment and indulging in a type of defraud. I also believe that they are meeting out such treatment to other customers also. I kindly request you to take note of this matter.

The above mentioned and along with them every new channel that is added should be made available for free or they must pay a compensation and return some of the money they charged from us when we subscribed to their mega pack.
