I have taken Tata Sky+ HD box on 12th Feb 2014,which has feature of recording the programmes and for viewing HD channels. My subscriber Id – 1121771685 Since last year they have changed the set-up box for about 5 times for different issues that occurred during the period. On 12th July 2014 (word order number E3SQY3M) – set-up box changed On 1st August 2014 (Work order number ECYT9JI) – Set-up Box changed On 4th August 2014 (Work order number EENHCI0) – Set-up Box changed On 7th Sept 2014 (Word order number EU3LP7U) – Set-up box changed On 12th Nov 2014 (work order number FMAQ276) – Setup box changed Issue 1 – During these changes what ever I record in the previous box , they never got transferred to new box. I always get a empty box every time. Issue 2 – Even though there is 1 year guarantee period,they replaced my New Set-up box with a old repaired one. and every time they followed same process. Issue 3 – a-Now(as we experience, continuously from 20 Feb 2015 ) the set-up box gets switched off every half an hour and auto restarts takes around 5 minutes. b -Channel changes in the present set-up box takes around 30 seconds. c – recording does not happen
1) Because of the above issues which is happening very frequently I never got the benefit of Recording feature of the box. 2) these issues leads to frustration in mind. More than economic damage , we are getting mentally harassed by the situation.
