My Tata Sky subscriber id is 1043093614 and the same was deactivated on 7th Oct 2014. I had balance in my account but previously I requested service visit & the charges for this were debited twice from my account leading to negative balance in my account. This being technical fault of tata sky, I complained several times but all in vain. Now I want compensation credit of atleast INR 300= for the same.
I was not able to view my Tata Sky despite of my credit balance with them. Why should I suffer because of the mistake of tata sky?
