Hi, I have a Tata sky… But since many days I’m not able watch Tata sky due no channels are coming, when I called customer care they told me that I’ve yo change the set of box. And then I put a request to change the same. They promised me to do the same within 1 wewk. But its been more than 15d ays I’m not getting any support from them when I call to customer care they tells me that tomorrow our partner will call you for the issue and I’m forwarding your request to our concerned team. Now I’m requesting you to help me on it.

I want that my issue to get resolved as soon as possible also need the validity of my Tata sky account to be extend.
