sir/madam i have purchased tatasky on 28th sep.2013. on the day of installation their technical staff did not installed the dish antina properly, due to which i am not getting service properly. regarding this problem i have loged three complaints to tata sky customer care but till date they have not attended my complain. my consumer ID-1113825168 my contact no-7428320599.

quick response to my problem and penalistion of ignorent officials in this regard.
