Tata Sky – not attending compliant and poor response

sir, i lodged complaint with tata sky for not being able to view tata sky through customer care on 28 apr 14 and i was given a work order no.d3m94q0 stating that complaint will be rectified by 1200 hrs on 29 apr 14. however no service engineer reported moreover on enquiring through customer care about my complaint they said that as engineer couldn’t match up the schedule hence they could not attend. sir now they have given a fresh date 30 apr 14 for schedule repair. customer care are very irresponsible and services provided by tata sky are very skrtchy they claims to be 100% good service provider but in reality its all false claim. the customer care is uncourageous in reply and doesn’t provide any fruitful solution. since two days they have not provided services hover they are deducting rs. 91/- per day. is it fair?

they must be accounted for not being able to provide services and charge with penalty of rs. 500 per day
