I am having a Tata Sky connection bearing Sub-ID-1036426391, my complaint is that the service provider has attached an un wanted pack i.e Active Vedic Maths, and my concern is when I asked the call center agent to unsubscribe they refuse to take the complaint and asked me to call after some days as the product configuration is of 3 months lockin period, Moreover, they should have taken double confirmation before activating the pack.

Immediate deactivation of the pack “Active Vedic Maths”. The service provider should take double confirmation before activating any packs.
